ORDERS & SHIPPING

As soon as you hit ‘buy,’ we’re all over it! As every case is hand designed, your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order is placed, you'll get an email with your tracking number to keep you updated.

Since each piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you encounter a shipping-related issue, please contact us at support@chaoscases.com within 30 days of receiving your order! Unfortunately, we cannot assist with issues reported after this timeframe.
